Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

TEENSHOPIFY EXCHANGE POLICY

At teenshopify.com, we are committed to transparency. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

IMPORTANT POLICY NOTICE

  • ❌ No returns under any circumstances
  • ❌ No cancellations once order is placed (including pre-orders)
  • ❌ No refunds (partial or full)
  • ✅ Exchange allowed only if a damaged product is received

We do not offer exchanges for size issues, fit issues, personal preference, or ordering mistakes.


1. EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY (DAMAGED ITEMS ONLY)

An exchange will be processed only if:

  • The product is received in a damaged condition
  • The request is raised within 3 days of delivery
  • Proper unboxing proof is provided

Requests after 3 days of delivery will be automatically rejected.

2. MANDATORY UNBOXING VIDEO (COMPULSORY)

A clear, uninterrupted video is mandatory showing:

  • Sealed package before opening
  • Full unboxing process
  • Visible damage
  • Product condition

Failure to provide a proper unboxing video when requested will result in immediate rejection of the exchange claim.

No exceptions.


3. PRODUCT CONDITION REQUIREMENTS

The item must be:

  • Unworn, unused, unwashed
  • With original tags and packaging intact
  • Free from additional damage, stains, perfume, or odour

All returned items undergo strict quality inspection.
Teenshopify’s decision after inspection will be final and binding.


4. EXCHANGE PROCESS

  • Email us to initiate the request
  • If approved, pickup will be arranged
  • After warehouse inspection, a replacement will be shipped

If the product is out of stock, store credit may be issued at our discretion.
Refunds will not be issued in any case.


5. FAILED PICKUP

If pickup fails due to:

  • Customer unavailability
  • Incorrect address
  • Non-cooperation

After 3 failed attempts, the exchange request will be permanently closed.


6. NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS

The following are strictly non-exchangeable:

  • Final sale items
  • Mystery boxes
  • Discounted / promotional items
  • Buy 1 Get 1 products
  • Free / complimentary items

7. CUSTOMER CONDUCT POLICY

We maintain zero tolerance for:

  • Abuse
  • Threats
  • Harassment
  • Spam or misconduct

Support may be terminated immediately in such cases.
